Back towards the OP, I get really energized myself when I see an OC'er and i have only noticed 2 of these beyond the M&G's and also the Nationwide Forest. I saw one in Georgetown about 7 years ago in a Resturant carrying a Ruger P89 (I do think) over a fall leg holdter and the opposite a person was a handful of months back for the Safeway gasoline
